We believe that the quality of our service is reflected in our ability to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and that our Quality Assurance (QA) System ensures that we are able to offer consistent and reliable environmental advice.
The scope of the nghenvironmental QA System covers all company practices and procedures from initial research and investigations through to reporting and customer satisfaction.
To ensure the success of our QA System, management is to be involved at the highest level. All employees report directly to the Managing Directors and are responsible for implementing the Quality Assurance Program within their respective areas of work, including development and execution of procedures.
The Managing Director is responsible for developing, administering, maintaining and enforcing the nghenvironmental QA System. The Managing Director also assists all employees to implement procedures of the QA System.
In the enforcement of the QA System, the Managing Director regularly reviews and audits all activities carried out by nghenvironmental staff, and has the authority to control further work that does not conform with the QA System.
All nghenvironmental employees performing activities within the scope of the QA System are required to follow the established policies and procedures in the performance of their work. nghenvironmental employees have the responsibility and freedom to identify and report any items not conforming to the QA System.
